How to decide which options / courses / locations might be most appropriate for you.

Part two – How to finance your applications and your interviews / auditions
I will be auditioning at, at least 6 places meaning I will need a total of around £350 to fund the auditions. This is quite a lot but I won’t be applying and travelling to the auditions all in the same month meaning I have time to save.
I have two part time jobs in which I can comfortably cover the costs of auditions/interviews and the transport that I will need to get me there as I have been saving my past wages as well as the wages I will be getting over the coming months.
Part three –How do you intend/ hope to finance the proposed course/ training and your living costs?
How much money I would need would depend on where I got a place. For some courses the tuition fees are around £9,000 so with living costs I would probably need around £15,000 per year. However, for other courses the tuition fees are around £15,000 so with living costs I would just over £20,000.
For some of the courses I am applying for, I will be able to apply for student loans but these will not cover the whole cost of tuition fees only contribute towards it so the rest of the money I will need to fund myself. I will also need to consider living costs as I will need to pay for things like rent and food though I may be able to get a maintenance loan to help with this as well. There are some scholarships that I could apply for but I can’t rely on this as they don’t give away many so there is a high chance that I won’t get one.
I knew that I would be needing money for auditions and maybe even tuition fees over the next couple of years so. I save my wages per month and I will continue to do this. All the money saved will all go towards funding drama school. During term time, I only work at the weekends In the holidays I take on extra hours to help with this. Furthermore some places I am applying for I would be willing to comute home everyday as thia is something I am interested in.
